Join us as a Mechanical Engineer or Chemical Engineer within our North Texas team, where you'll support highly confidential clients across the world. Projects will span the Mission Critical Market, Data Centers, Advanced Facilities, Campus Planning and more. Our clients are unique in that they foster a peer development approach by working with the multi discipline teams as one cohesive team. You will be most successful if you thrive on collaboration within this concept. They will face a myriad of issues and lean on you for expert advice as you steer them through providing sound solutions and strategy.

This position will be a staff augmentation assignment for a data center client.

Typical duties will include:

Lead work with engineers of other disciplines and architect

Prepare drawings and specifications detailing the system designed

Lead project scheduling requirements, manpower requirements, and project budget

Project scope will be mission critical / data center focused

Performs construction administration and field investigation tasks for projects including conducting field inspections and subsequent detailed inspection report

Processing RFI's and Change Order

Select equipment and fixtures for use in the building system

Perform Fuel Oil design for generator

Chemical water treatment for cooling tower

Familiar with central plant design on the order of 20,000 tons of cooling for a data center site

Qualifications

  • Bachelors' Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Bachelors' Degree in Chemical Engineering (BSCE)
  • Demonstrated professional experience as a Mechanical Engineer or Chemical Engineer with Mission Critical, Data Centers or similar project experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License
  • US Citizenship


Ideally You'll Also Have:

  • Knowledge of BIM, LOD definitions, proficiency in review of BIM models
  • Proficient in Revit, 3D CADD
