Primary Job Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the full execution and management of medium to large size EPCm Pulp & Paper, Consumer Products and Food & Beverage industry projects including: Overall administration of the project, schedule and budgetary performance, quality, safety, and technical detail.
The individual will expect to be placed in a position of presenting themselves and Jacobs to the client in a professional manner. The opportunities will include presentations prior to contract awards, contract negotiations, ongoing project meetings/problem resolution sessions, and managing overall client relationships.
The successful candidate will have experience in total project responsibility (EPCm), including client relationships, cost/schedule, etc. and a working knowledge of IPA, CII and/or PMI principles.
10 years of experience as a Project Manager in an Engineering or Construction organization with demonstrated project delivery success is required
A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in an engineering discipline
PMP Certification helpful but not required
Experience in developing and executing capital projects, preferably in an Engineering & Construction environment, in Pulp & Paper, Consumer Products or Food & Beverage industries is required
Travel required 25% of the time
