Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Position Summary:
Responsible for planning, organizing and directing the fiscal functions of JCRHC, including the development, interpretation, coordination and administration of the organization's policies on finance, accounting, insurance, materials management, internal controls, financial planning, treasury functions, revenue cycle, payroll, IT, compliance, and auditing. Presents financial statements to the Board of Trustees. Participates as a part of Administrative Team in planning and governance and serves as lead to the Finance and Compliance Committees at JCRHC. Is responsible for Accounting/Reimbursement, Finance, Revenue Cycle, Payroll, IT, Insurance (Liability, Property& Casualty), Materials Management, and Managed Care Contracting. As a member of the facility's administrative team, the CFO participates in decisions impacting the facility and operational performance.
Education:
Masters Degree, CPA, FHFMA preferred, Dependent Adult/Child Abuse Mandatory Reporter Training upon hire
Experience:
More than 3 years hospital based experience required. Prefer knowledge of Critical Access and County based facility financial structures.
