What you'll do.

As a Sales Development Rep at Jackrabbit, you will be interacting with prospective customers primarily through 80% telephone, email correspondence, or other means of web-based/telecommunication. You will be working with prospects in various stages of their Journey with Jackrabbit to ensure they remain engaged and encourage them to create a Free Trial and sign up to be a client. We are looking for someone who can work 8 am to 5 pm PST. In addition, you will:   


  • Learn and maintain a broad knowledge of Jackrabbit software
  • Prospecting outbound and inbound clients via phone and email.  Reach out to new potential customers and introduce them to our services (through cold calling & social media) 
  • Provide general information about the products and services
  • Reach agreed upon appointment targets by the deadline
  • Handle incoming calls to the company to assist with lead filtering 
  • Meet/exceed quotas for call volume and qualified booked meetings 
  • Manage leads within a CRM system 
  • Stay up to date with the competitive environment
  • Set up Live Demo clients with a Free Trial
  • Book free trial clients with a Jumpstart Coach or in a Webinar 
  • Track activity, prepare and maintain records for sales leads and account status 
  • Understanding and applying lead scoring as an asset.
  • Travel up to 25% to attend Trade Shows and or conferences 
  • Work from home primarily and occasionally come into the Huntersville, NC office

  • College Degree preferred (not required).
  • Quantity - Meets productivity standards. 
  • Reporting – complete accurate weekly/monthly statistics.
