As Jackpockets Chief of Staff, you will play an integral role in the continued transformation of the business as a central resource to the executive team. You will be a trusted partner to the CEO and focus on optimizing the productivity of the leadership team, serving as the go-to agenda holder and leading the coordination, prioritization, and execution of various strategic initiatives to achieve directives and advance business goals as we continue rapid expansion.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the CEO and broader leadership team and own the prioritization, coordination, and facilitation of various strategic projects to drive positive outcomes
Facilitate discussions among executives around pertinent objectives and lead the implementation of solutions across functions
Leads the preparation and production of executive presentations,
Serve as the face of the executive team and communicate effectively to internal and external stakeholders on an ongoing basis to drive consensus and engagement across the organization
Maintain deep knowledge and understanding of Jackpockets business processes and advise leadership on various considerations
Serve as a day to day partner to the CEO and execute ad hoc projects and tasks autonomously
Continuously identify areas of opportunity and work strategically to enable wins and continuous improvement of the business
Internal and external communications including the Board of Directors
Managing the meeting cadence for the board of directors and leadership team, ensuring materials are sent in advance, time is well spent, and objectives are achieved
Leading hiring processes: drafting & posting job descriptions, outlining interview processes, and screening candidates for roles reporting into the CEO
Qualifications
Masters degree in Business Administration or similar field
3+ years of experience managing strategic projects with demonstrated success in a corporate setting
Previous experience in a Chief of Staff role, preferably with a fast growing technology company
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships at every level internally and externally
Willingness to travel and work non traditional hours as needed
Proficiency in creating high impact presentations
