JTEC is seeking a full time experienced Administrative Assistant who will support the Business Services team at MassHire Cape and Islands Career Center. The successful candidate will be motivated, resourceful, and organized and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism. This person will be comfortable interfacing in person and by phone with business clients, job seekers and general public while exercising tact and discretion in handling confidential information. Qualifications required: Minimum 3 years as an Administrative Assistant or equivalent Customer Service Experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Data entry experience, ability to type 50 WPM, and demonstrated written correspondence experience Familiarity with Constant Contact a plus Must possess strong time management skills and the ability to be team player and work independently.
