What you will do:
The e-commerce specialist is responsible for managing all aspect of the e-commerce business. The right candidate will have experience with amazon.com, walmart.com, eBay.com among other marketplaces. You must possess strong analytical skills, and a positive demeanor. You will have key role in the management of these key accounts, implementing strategies to ensure the attainment of key financial goals and objectives.
Develop e-commerce sales strategies, assisting in the development of annual business plans and monitoring goals, conducting monthly reviews.
Be the master of your own ship and drive it to achieve all e-commerce financial goals. Will have P&L responsibility for `annual web sales targets and profitability across all digital customer base.
Will define, identify, and implement customer acquisition strategies.
Evaluate market share and competition. Provide on-going strategic insights on industry, customers and marketplaces trends to support category strategy.
Improve and increase our e-commerce sales, maintain outstanding rating and ranking on all marketplaces, and provide our best customer service.
Maintain, optimize and improve our listings on various marketplaces ( Title, description, images, reviews, prices, product specs, customer questions- feedback etc ) to increase product ranking and sales.
Pull & scrub reports from marketplaces, translate findings into insight and actionable growth tactics.
Monitor and analyze KPIs ( Visits, conversion rate, ROI, cost analysis, return rate, etc )
Inventory planning: compare past and current sales trends to determine future inventory demand.
Assist in SEO strategies and initiatives by ensuring sites are properly optimized for search engine success.
Proactively research online marketplaces to ensure accuracy and deliver of our content , while continuously looking for ways to improve our brand position.
Education / Experience:
We are looking for qualified individuals who has vast sales and listing knowledge experience to grow with us.
Minimum 2-3 years of e-commerce sales experience, but would also consider entry level candidates with demonstrated online sales experience.
Experienced working with amazon.com, walmart.com or eBay.com is a must.
Must be able to demonstrate successful track record in e-commerce sales growth.
Demonstrate strategic thinking, and creative problem solving abilities to assist in meeting company sales goals.
Motivated self-starter with high energy level, a passion for e-commerce, and a willingness to do what it takes to achieve goals & objectives
Extremely organized and efficient, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects at once, meeting tight deadlines.
Able to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills.
Have initiative, resourcefulness, self-motivation, and high level of ownership.
Experience with PPC.
