Job Description: Management Analyst – ILS Project Coordinator Oxnard, Ca. Job Description: JSL is seeking top candidates for this full-time opportunity supporting the U.S. Navy out of Oxnard, CA. An active U.S. security clearance is a must for this position. You will provide project management support for Integrated Logistic Support product development. Tasks will include:Acting as liaison between ILS team leads and team in a fast-paced environment.Support for multiple programs, developing a working-level knowledge of each in order to effectively drive project schedules.Attending meetings, teleconference, provide briefs, minute minutes and action items, develop and maintain project schedules.Analyzing, reviewing, and scheduling various project workloads.Gathering and analyzing information to prepare status reports.Evaluating current procedures and recommend changes to improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling of projects.Documenting work orders and projects and close them in scheduling systems.Monitoring schedule compliance levels and identify reasons for completion shortfalls.Planning, coordinating, and participating in meetings and conferences.Researching, collecting, and disseminating metric data.Interacting with several key roles across multiple departments to manage project work.
