We are seeking energetic Help Desk Technician to support our 1000+ national/international users – and we are growing. Position is based in out Phoenix, AZ office. NetSuite and ERP experience is a plus.
What You Will Be Doing:
· Providing on-site, remote and telephone support to Employees for company-issued/approved computer systems, devices, and applications or other related issues
· Troubleshooting problems and providing immediate resolution, or performing additional research as needed to resolve issues
· Performing root cause analysis and developing checklists for typical problems, and recommending procedures and controls for problem prevention
· Creating and managing detailed tickets documenting requests, troubleshooting and resolution of requests
· At Least 1-3 Year of experience
· Help Desk/Desktop Support in a multi-user environment >1000 users
· Strong communication skills
· Excellent customer service skills
· Strong organization skills
· MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word…)
· EGNYTE or comparable cloud-based storage system
· NetSuite is preferred
· Ticketing System
· Asset Tracking Software
Education and Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Minimum of 1-3 years of job stability in a multi-user environment
