Our clinic currently has an exciting opportunity for a full-time, energetic, and experienced NP in our unique orthopedic care center in Gillette, WY.

JOB SUMMARY: The Nurse Practitioner will evaluate patients independently and perform minor procedures such as joint injections. Work as a member of a team committed to providing unique and exceptional orthopedic care in an advanced clinical care setting.

REQUIRED: Excellent clinical, communication and evaluation skills, ability to concentrate and be attentive to details. Demonstrates tact, timeliness, accountability, commitment, leadership to achieve goals, ability to influence others and manage resources. MUST HAVE ACTIVE NURSE PRACTITIONER WYOMING STATE LICENSE.

EXPERIENCE: 2+ years' experience. Orthopedic experience preferred.

JOB DETAILS:

• No call or weekends, office hours M-F, 8AM – 5PM.

Work independently within established protocols and guidelines, exercising initiative and sound judgment in direct patient care.

Provide exemplary customer service to patients, visitors, and coworkers. Oversee, direct and support patient evaluation and injections.

Seek consultation and initiate referrals as necessary

Communicate frequently with subspecialists via telemedicine and other technology.

Participate in community and wellness events representing our clinic.Motivate staff to excel and seeks opportunities to promote our services within the local community.

We are located in a medical office building therefore, all CDC recommended vaccinations including by not limited to COVID-19 and influenza

*Job Qualifications:* Ability to accurately read and write medical terminology. Basic computer skills including familiarity with electronic medical records. Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal communication skills. Pass criminal background check.
