Responsibilities: Oversee delivery of software book of work with a level of execution that meets and exceeds existing standards in an agile setting Maintain a healthy delivery pipeline with necessary tradeoffs between servicing feature requests and technical debt. Mentor, coach and grow team members. Set individual OKRs to track alignment, engagement with team and organizational goals.
Participate in code review and technical whiteboard discussions. Advocate and onboard modern software development and deployment techniques to foster higher productivity and innovation. Own end-to-end concept-to-delivery: Partner with key stake-holders, dependent teams, DevOps and operations.
Facilitate conversations. Anticipate and remove roadblocks. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including: BS/BA degree or equivalent experience Work experience in developing full-stack large scale consumer facing systems, including proven hands-on technical management experience of software engineers Experience in Agile software development including sprint planning and execution Worked with cross-dependent global teams and large scale systems Excellent oral and written communication skills.
