Jones Networking is recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to oversee a growing team in Dulles, VA. The Customer Service Manager will ensure customer satisfaction by accurately fulfilling order requests, efficiently utilizing available resources and communicating with sales, warehouse, logistics and other operations team members. Customer Service Manager Position Summary:
-Answer inbound customer calls, improving customer satisfaction and driving repeat business by working with customers to ensure the customer 'sales and delivery' and/or 'return' experience is seamlessly handled
-Monitor order management systems to ensure all orders are processed as quickly and effectively as possible
-Review customer or fulfillment issues analytically, find a solution, and see it through to the end
-Add value to the customer experience by responding to inquiries using all available resources and providing options for customers
-Work with various departments to ensure product is available to ship on time and from the closest facility with available product
-Communicate new orders to sales representative and communicate regularly with logistics team to verify availability of product
-Work with business teams to illustrate and improve the customer experience
-Assist with interviewing, training, supervising and motivating a small team of customer service associates
-Communicate policies to customer service associates and become the primary information source for staff; following-up to ensure compliance and consistency
-Minimum three years experience in a Customer Service leadership role for a company that sells a product, preferably B2B
-Able to negotiate, influence and manage effective relationships with internal team members and customers
-Knowledge of warehouse management systems and able to analyze and synthesize data
-Understanding of order fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, transportation and distribution center operations desired
-Experience in team leadership and people management
-Ability to identify and eliminate barriers to accuracy, productivity and quality
-Detail-oriented with a desire to support the team in the areas of customer service, logistics and inventory management
-Strong communication and team-building skills in order to foster trust, confidence, and professional relationships
-Good geographical knowledge is helpful
