Outside Sales Manager

Plans, manages, and evaluates the activities of the Residential Outside Sales Team. Leadership responsibilities include talent management and staffing, training, and development; systems process and automation; execution of effective sales methods, strategies, and closing techniques; survey accuracy; lead generation and tracking to ensure high-producing and high functioning outside sales team with clearly defined goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Leads, mentors, and evaluates staff in accordance with established talent development goals.
Creates individual development plans and performance reviews.
Ensures quality control of surveys, estimates, pricing and lead tracking to ensure compliance with company performance standards and KPIs.
Develops annual budgets and sales goals per sales representative.
Assists in preparation and content management of weekly sales meetings.

Connects the dots with Customer Care, Operations, and Shared Services, to ensure the highest level of client service and customer satisfaction.
Works in partnership with the Sales Leadership Team to ensure success of Outside Sales team as required.
Implement and maintain a cadence of accountability to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Lead Generation Management
Monitors and controls the cost-of-sale to meet budgeted targets.
Lead Lifecycle Management
Ensures CRM tools are used to track leads from initial inquiry to final outcome.
Implements follow-up processes for all pending leads, confirming final status of either Booked or Lost (and disposition of bookings or lost opportunities).
Attributes lead performance to each lead source and salesperson, evaluating lead spend and team member performance.
Ensures estimate vs. actual survey results are in line with company expectations.
Use compliance of all company systems including but not limited to: TalkDesk, ObserveAI, Yembo, STANLEY, JIM and Mobile Customer App.
Compliance with use of JK Marketplace offerings.
Demonstrated sales leadership, data analysis and compliance skills within a dynamic sales structure.
Bachelor’s degree or comparative discipline with demonstrated professional sales experience.
Experience motivating and mentoring top sales producers while developing junior team members as up-and-coming top producers.
