We are currently searching for a motivated Sales Manager to support our growth objectives primarily in the US within the Semiconductor Industry.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Works with our management team to develop the Sales Strategic and Work Plans that will support our growth goals.
  • Establishes Sales Objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for current and new customers.

· Be responsible for daily communication with customers and maintains good cooperative relationships to have an in-depth understanding of their demand and potential growth opportunities.

  • Create New Customer Development Plans for key target accounts, tracks and reports on progress.
  • Collect market research, and performs customer and competitor analysis by industry and maintains market information database.
  • Works closely with our sales and engineering teams to support customer needs and develop new products.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints regarding a product or service.
  • Works closely with our distributors and agents to support our sales objectives and strategies.

 

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Sales Manager candidates should have at least 5 years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry working with OEMs and component manufacturers with a proven track record of positive sales performance. A technical or engineering degree is preferred. This position will require traveling within the US and internationally.
