Project Management Bid Document Coordinator Assistant
We are looking for an energetic self-starter to be a Bid coordinator assistant helping in project management work and handling a variety of tasks. These tasks may vary daily and include the processing and following up on quotes, entries in computer systems (i.e., purchase orders, letters/proposals written by others etc.), answer phones, downloading, saving/sending computer files and other duties as assigned. The right person will be personable and self-motivating. Prior experience with construction project management work and documentation is highly desirable.
The right person should be familiar with construction project management processes, very organized and detailed in maintaining and following up on projects from start to finish.
Strong computer skills, Excel, Word, Adobe are required, and CAD is a plus
A high level of attention to detail is critical. Flexibility to learn new systems and processes is key.
Adaptable to changing routines and tasks. Strong team worker.
Ability to provide a positive and upbeat customer relations presence.
