- The Territory Account Manager is required to be a results-driven representative of the organization that actively seeks out and engages customers. You will provide complete resistance welding related solutions to every existing and new customer
Task and Responsibilities:
Support existing accounts with resistance welding solutions, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on potential clients
Make recommendations on resistance welding solutions to new and potential customers
Resolve customer issues related to resistance welding by investigating problems; developing solutions; and creating reports and presentations as required
Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential market opportunities
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, that may include call reports, work plans, sales forecasts and territory analysis.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Maintains professional and technical welding knowledge
Provide a focus on achieving sales targets and goals.
Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
Identify price point relative to completion
Assist in other areas as required by the company
Requirements and Experience:
Experience and technical competency related to resistance welding and ability to problem solve technical resistance welding issue.
Sales experience related to with Tier 1 and OEM automotive customer.
College degree or higher in business or any related experience in sales and service support.
