A Brief Overview

Coordinates and facilitates on-boarding, operation, and adoption of products into the customer business environment. Provides consultative assistance in supporting the use of products with the goal of improving productivity and efficiency. Supports customers from the sales cycle through the go-live and post-implementation review and follow-up stages. Tests and troubleshoots the final system setup. Ensures a successful rollout by training and re-training customers to understand the software and its benefits. Exhibits an understanding of how to best configure and implement software. Confirms all resources are in place to implement software on-time and on budget. Reports directly to Manager of Implementation Services.

What you will do

  • Facilitates project management duties by supporting all aspects of customer implementation, defining implementation plans, and serving as lead contact for implementation activities and communication.
  • Provides end-user support by researching, diagnosing, and analyzing customer requests and issues; escalates issues where necessary and keeps customers informed on progress.
  • Prepares and coaches customers for project by ensuring effective transfer of information learned in training through the work environment.
  • Confidently maintains 8-10 active projects, while assisting with special projects as assigned
  • Works with product team by identifying gaps in functionality and correcting issues to enhance products; participates in releases, updates, and change activities.
  • Supports external development activities by working with third-party vendors when issues transverse multiple systems.
  • Participates in sales efforts by supporting sales team from the selling to discovery process; working collaboratively with Sales to develop, scope, and estimate implementation projects.
  • Implements best practices by making suggestions for updates to technical documentation and training materials.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

What You'll Need

  • Relevant experience in an Implementation role with duties involved in all aspects of project phases; strong customer service orientation and technical aptitude
  • Relevant experience in a client-facing supporting position within the technology industry or other experience in a technical support role
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, CSV and WebEx. - High
  • Strong facilitation skills and demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles. - High
  • Comfort level utilizing advanced technology and highly complex software systems. - High
  • Teamwork capabilities, strong relationship management and interpersonal skills. - High
  • Strong project management and organizational skills. - High
  • Strong client services skills. - High
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - High
  • Ability to understand business concepts and issues as well as technical systems processes. - High
  • Strong empathy for customers AND passion for customer success. - High

Bonus Points

  • Bachelor's Degree - Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
  • Relevant experience supporting SaaS applications
  • CAPM - Certified Associate In Project Mgmt. - -
