This position plays a vital role within the dealership and will interact with all levels of personnel and customers.Role and Responsibilities:Update and maintain all accounting recordsRecord cash receipts, make bank deposits, and reconcile bank and credit accountsAct as the office gatekeeper, answering and directing incoming phone callsMaintain an organized and functioning office space, including ordering supplies, organizing materials, and processing any shipping and orders.Schedule internal and external meetings as neededSkills and Experience:2-5 years of similar experience to include all aspects of AccountingExperience working with Microsoft office and QuickBooks or similar accounting programs.Must be energetic, responsible, organized, and able to maintain confidentialityRequirements:Excellent organizational skillsStrong time management skillsCapacity to prioritize tasksHigh level of customer service and ability to maintain a professional image due to level of interaction with internal staff and external visitors.JCB is an equal employment opportunities (EEO) employer in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
