6:00am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday, Friday 6:00am-11:00am
Overtime as required (Typical work week is 45 hours)

JBT Machining is seeking to add a Production Milling Supervisor to our team. Responsibilities:
- Supervise team performance in production, quality, and efficiency
- Schedule and monitor jobs to ensure on-time completion for customers
- Train and develop current and new team members on the JBT Machining processes
- Inspect parts with precision measuring tools to ensure part tolerances are being met
- Independently setup, program, operate, and troubleshoot CNC mills (VMC/HMC & 5-axis)
- Abide by ISO requirements and OSHA safety procedures
- Troubleshoot jobs that are not running properly due to issues with tooling, materials, and programming
- Communicate effectively with other supervisors and team members
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 5-7+ years of experience as a CNC machinist
- Experience in a supervisor role within the CNC manufacturing industry is a plus
- Proficient in programming, editing, setup, and troubleshooting of CNC vertical mills, horizontal mills, and 5-axis mills
- Experience with palletized cells preferred
- Must be able to understand, interpret, and edit G-code programming (FANUC controls and GibbsCam)
- Experience with FANUC programming
- ISO and OSHA standards knowledge a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
