Job Description

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Serve as Office Administrator by greeting and assisting guests in a polite, professional and efficient manner whether in person or by phone

· Working within the inventory management system to push order through as they are completed in production

· Responsible for receiving material and parts while updating within the ERP system (NAV)

· Create sales orders within our ERP system (NAV)

· Scheduling deliveries and pickups for production orders – currently performed at headquarters

· Support production through purchasing production materials - currently performed at headquarters

· Processing payments for utilities and reoccurring charges – currently performed at headquarters

· Coordinate the service and supplies of office equipment to include but not limited to coffee, vending, Xerox Multi-function, and postage metering machines

· Maintenance of inventory levels and quality control

· Facilitate background check requests, drug screens, setting up interviews, Day 1 Orientation and maintaining HR communication boards

· Ensure accurate and timely completion of New Hire paperwork, Benefits Enrollment/Terms and Termination Paperwork

· Maintain Attendance and Points Tracking Logs and create and issues Disciplinary Action needed at appropriate levels

· Other special projects and duties as assigned

  • Follows all company policies and procedures

Education and Experience:

 

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without Company sponsorship
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills with Microsoft NAV ERP experience a plus

 

 

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and the use of office equipment
  • Able to work independently and handle confidential, sensitive information
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Recruiting experience, a plus but not required
  • Able to communicate effectively via email and phone

• No.

 

Physical Demands:

· Light to moderate physical effort required on a constant basis

· Employees subject to random drug and alcohol testing

· N/A

 

Work Schedule:

· Normal Schedule – 8 am to 5 pm; Monday thru Friday; May vary with business needs.

 

Work Environment:

  • Work performed in an office environment

Must be able to work as part of a team or independently with limited supervision
