JAT of Fort Wayne is a family owned trucking and logistics company with over 200 employees. Almost 40 years ago we started with one truck and trailer. Our company now consists of over 140 asset-based trucks and has grown into a multi-faceted company with multiple divisions.
Our dispatch operations team is looking to add a new driver/team manager. Ideal driver operations managers are excellent communicators, proactive, solution-focused, and able to juggle many tasks. The best driver managers can develop long term, positive relationships with peers/drivers and focus on what is mutually beneficial for JAT and its drivers.
This is a full-time position Monday through Friday.
Ideal Requirements Include:
*Self-managed and motivated
*Proficient computer skills (Office, Word, Excel)
*Ability to type 60wpm on the keyboard
Ability to work well with others in a team environment
*Strong interpersonal skills
*Ability to effectively communicate via the phone
Starting Pay will depend on working/management experience.
