We are currently seeking advanced level Maintenance Mechanics to join our team on the 3rd shift from 10pm to 6am.

Hours:

• 3rd Shift: 10pm-6am with an additional $1.25/hour shift differential

Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment and components to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly.
• Replace worn components at proper intervals before mechanical breakdowns occur to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
• Troubleshoot and repair building and production equipment as assigned.
• Find ways to improve equipment for increased reliability.
• Help establish and support PM programs for production equipment.
• Maintain spare parts inventory.
• Order spare/replacement parts and materials as needed.
• Work well with other technicians to cross train and assist in repairs.
• Follow management system procedures, 5S and Standard Work.
• Follow document control procedures.
• Willing to work weekends.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical degree (or working towards degree) in electrical, electronics, or mechanical preferred.
• Knowledge of production and/or printing related equipment a plus.
• Good problem-solving techniques and abilities.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems.
• Knowledge of operation and/or repair of commercial printing equipment
