Job Title: Estimator/Sales Professional Location: Office in Hampton; serving all of Hampton Roads Job Type: Regular Full-Time W2 JACKCRETE, Hampton Roads Premier Concrete Lifting and Leveling Company, is seeking an Estimator/Sales Professional to join our team. Our aggressive expansion means a lot of opportunity for growth. You do not need a background in concrete lifting to join our team. If you are a self-starter, have a background in commercial construction, and have previous outside sales experience in another type of construction then this job could be for you. JACKCRETE , is a division of RPC Industries, Inc., and specializes in commercial, municipal, and residential Polyurethane Foam concrete lifting, leveling and stabilization. Our non-disruptive procedure typically takes less than half a day, is cured and ready for vehicle traffic in just 15 minutes, and typically costs half that of concrete replacement. Our parent company specializes in industrial and commercial contracting firm specifically in roofing and insulation, asbestos and lead abatement, and a wide spectrum of applications with sprayed polyurethane foam since 1979. Estimator/Sales Responsibilities: As an Estimator/Sales Professional, you will identify potential clients, engage prospects, and close contracts for construction services. Primarily, your focus will be on Business-to-business sales. You will be responsible for planning and organizing your day, including estimating and proposal writing, making presentations, and prospecting for new clients. Additional Estimator/Sales Professional Responsibilities: Prospecting for new clients via telephone, networking, trade shows, and more Identifying and reaching key decision makers Engaging prospects by identifying their needs, presenting solutions, and building trust Estimating projects and writing proposals with our proprietary software Negotiating and closing sales Attending business to business functions to network for new potential clients Contributing to marketing plans and activities Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies No cold calls Estimator/Sales Requirements: Success in this position will be based on your ability to build relationships and convert those relationships into sales. This is a fast-paced, competitive sales role with a lot of freedom that will only work well for self-starter type individuals. Additional Outside Sales requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience Valid Virginia drivers' license 2 years of successful business to business sales experience in CONSTRUCTION Strong phone prospecting skills, negotiation skills, and ethics Computer literacy; proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Internet Estimator/Sales Benefits: At JACKCRETE, we provide an exciting, challenging, and fun working environment with plenty of opportunities to expand your career.
