Customer Relations Assistant

Availability: Full-time

J.I.P. & Associates, Inc. is looking for a motivated and driven individual who will be joining the team as a Community Relations Coordinator. This individual is excited to dive deeper into the world of philanthropy marketing. This role is crucial to the business as a whole as this individual will be learning the ins-and-outs of the business as well. The candidate must possess a strong desire to help other people.

Responsibilities:

• Upholding partner guidelines

• Set up/tear down of events

• Utilize marketing strategies to achieve daily and weekly goals

• Communicating our partners mission through education and building relationships

Requirements:

• Immediate hire (start date within 2 weeks of an offer)

• 0-2 years experience within customer service, charity/ volunteer work, or marketing experience is preferred but not mandatory

• Must be able to commute to our event locations (all over Bay Area, and changes weekly)

• Full-time hours 30-40 hours/week (flexible schedule, must be available for weekend shifts)

• Wants to be able to continue to learn to grow into different positions within our business

• Reliable and dependable

• Desire to help people
