Job Description

One of our top clients is in need of experienced customer support representatives on a long term temporary basis. This company has been thriving throughout the pandemic and continues to grow and expand!  They are one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the state, and this is the perfect time to join their team.  We are seeking candidates with at least one year of customer service or call center experience, ideally in a banking or financial services industry.  This is a first shift position with the opportunity for overtime. Although these positions are temporary, for the top performers there is definitely an opportunity to land a permanent role with them in the future.

Responsibilities and Skills Needed

The support staff will be responsible for handling inbound calls and messages and effectively assisting customer  needs,
  • Ability to proficiently  use their computer management system to document calls and messages
  • Build customer relationships with end users, and respond in a timely and professional manner
  • Attendance and reliability is critical
  • Computer proficiency 
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast paced environment
