Manage, maintain and enhance the NAVY CRM HR salesforce.com Unlimited Edition org for 10,500+ users, 500+ objects and profiles, mainly utilizing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, and several other applications and integrations.
Will serve as the NAVY HR CRM instance Operations, Support and Sustainment Help Desk team lead. Which will include a Salesforce SME, Salesforce Admin, and four Salesforce trainers.
