Account Manager - Inside Sales (Direct Hire)

Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 + Commission

Position Overview: Our client, a water technologies manufacturing company headquartered in England, is hiring an Inside Sales Account Manager for their Golden Branch. Reporting to the General Manager, the Account Manager will support our client’s growing customer base, helping to develop sales in Canada, North America, and Latin America. As well, this role will provide support to other departments within the Branch.

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 30-minute unpaid meal break
• Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 30-minute unpaid meal break

Dress Code: Neat, clean casual - Jeans are ok!

Job Duties:

• Sales order management and processing
• Manage customer relationships with current customers and grow the customer base
• Accurately process data entry and database management activities
• Research new applications, develop new sales channels, and manage quotes
• Run reports and track performance for monthly reporting
• Track all distributor agreements
• Assist with marketing activities
• General office assistance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of sales experience
• Strong MS Office skills
• ERP/CRM experience
• Knowledge of social media
• Strong communication skills
• Self-driven and willing to learn
• Team player
• Excellent communication skills
