Ivy Woods Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, is looking for caring and compassionate RN's to join our team Part Time on all Shifts! - Participate in care planning process; update care plans as needed.
- Conduct rounds on all wings daily, including environmental rounds and rounds to assess each resident’s care needs.
- Provide hands on teaching and mentoring for staff
- Assess staffing needs and assign duties to staff
- Responsible for implementing and monitoring policies and procedures of facility.
- Review documentation and medication administration for accuracy.
- Provide a the highest level of nursing care in a safe and caring resident environment.
