Marketing Director - Pediatrics  | Remote Position 

Job Description 

The Marketing Director, Pediatrics, will report to the Senior Director of Marketing and be responsible for fulfilling the operational marketing needs of the company – specifically as it pertains to our pediatric line of service. This Marketing Director must be able to handle a variety of marketing projects and possess exemplary project management skills. The Marketing Director, Pediatrics, will be responsible for working closely with pediatric operators in the organization to develop, execute, and track pediatric-centric marketing campaigns. 


  • Working with Ivy’s integration team and newly acquired partners to integrate marketing platforms and strategies, and conduct training as needed. 
  • Conduct due diligence exercises pre-acquisition and reports to leadership on risks/opportunities that exist for the marketing department 
  • Write, edit and publish national press releases in partnership with the executive leadership team 
  • Track, maintain and report on marketing budget (as it pertains to pediatric activities) 
  • Oversee, facilitate, and optimize pediatric-patient communications through our email communication platform. Supervise account migrations for newly acquired partners who already use the platform. Monitor the ongoing health of the platform and troubleshoot issues/technical problems as they arise.   
  • Management and administration of pediatric portions of the website, including meeting with a digital agency to optimize campaigns 
  • Oversee vendor/media channel relationships and process contract renewals  
  • Project management for ad-hoc marketing initiatives as they arise 
  • Onboard new pediatric-marketing teammates as needed, conduct pieces of training on various marketing platforms through new teammate orientations 


  • Proven background in a healthcare setting with deep knowledge of direct-to-consumer marketing including digital/online strategies and traditional media (Pediatric healthcare preferable) 
  • Experience working with multiple departments and stakeholders to fulfill marketing requests 
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite 
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills 
  • High-level verbal and written communications skills 
  • Management experience in healthcare marketing  
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
