Responsibilities

· Perform research, execute experiments, and interpret data to drive innovation in IsoPlexis assays, instrumentation, and microfluidic devices

· Effectively communicate experimental data to help guide development decisions

· Work with immune and tumor cell lines in various disease models to develop and validate new assay types

· Assist with investigating, planning, and developing new methods, experiments and/or technologies within a cross-functional team

· Develop and troubleshoot new immunoassays for commercialization

· Execute assigned tasks following appropriate laboratory/technical procedures under minimal supervision


Skills

· BS or MS in Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Biomedical engineering, or a related field with 3 to 5 years of industry experience

· Strong independent research experience is a plus (example: Master’s Thesis)

· Hands-on experience with protein assays (ELISA, western blot, etc.)

· Demonstrated abilities of independent troubleshooting of assays and experiments

· Desire to work independently and in a highly entrepreneurial environment, exercise creativity and judgment in bench work and analysis

· Must be detail-oriented with good organization and excellent time management skills

· Willingness to take on multiple responsibilities and work in small team environment

· Ability to be self-motivated, collaborative, and inquisitive
