Qualifications and about you:

A motivated technician who is ready to be part of the IsoPlexis R&D team!

  1. Manufacture and assemble microfluidic consumables and reagents according to standard operating procedures and with minimal supervision
  2. Work in a cleanroom and follow appropriate protocols and SOPs
  3. Prepare consumables prior to shipping them to consumers
  4. Support Manufacturing team in both routine production and evaluating new process or design changes for improved efficiency and/or quality
  5. Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure product integrity and quality control
  6. Collect, record, and interpret quality control data
  7. Clean and maintain equipment to ensure continued high-quality production
  8. Alert supervisor of product quality not meeting required specifications and work closely with supervisor to make necessary adjustments in process
  9. Record and serialize components for quality control tracking
  10. Perform quality control inspections
  11. Analyze experimental data and interpret results to write reports and summaries of findings
  12. Measure or weigh compounds and solutions for use in testing
  13. Monitor and observe experiments, recording production and test data for evaluation by research personnel
  14. Keep detailed logs of all work-related activities
  15. Monitor laboratory work to ensure compliance with set standards

Qualifications:

  1. 1-2 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment (cleanroom a plus) following strict SOP
  2. Experience with standard lab equipment
  3. Good communication skills with supervisor and other employees
  4. Organized and detail oriented
  5. Motivated and driven to learn new techniques and concepts
  6. Thrives with independent work, in a fast paced work environment
  7. Familiar with standard good laboratory practices
  8. Proficient with Microsoft Office software
