Field HVAC Supervisor – Service and Install

Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for exceptional HVAC Supervisor to join our growing team. Our Technicians are dedicated to making our customers’ homes safe, energy efficient, and comfortable. Qualifications:

  • Eight years or more of experience in the HVAC field
  • Experience servicing heating and cooling equipment
  • Mechanical skills and aptitude
  • NATE certified with a minimum of 4 specialties including Heating, Air Conditioning, Heat Pump & Oil

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day field operations of Big Flats branch
  • Develop & implement new technician training program
  • On the job training & development of field personnel
  • Resolve customer concerns/issues (field & office)
  • Quality assurance on all installations
  • Tool inventory for all field personnel
  • Service ticket review & coaching
  • Work with regional manager to monitor and reduce unnecessary expenses
  • Further develop and implement sales culture throughout field personnel
  • Participate in hiring and/or termination of employees
  • Supervisory on-call as needed
  • Make necessary decisions & supervision in absence of regional manager

Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
  • EPA certification
  • OSHA 10
  • Valid driver’s license with a dependable driving record
  • Successful completion of Pre-Employment Hair Follicle Drug Screen and Background check
