Here at Irwin & Associates, we are looking for a customer support agent to join our fast-paced team. If you have excellent English skills, you’re a great communicator, you’re passionate about helping people, you are the right person for us.
As our customer support agent, you will be communicating with our users and website visitors on a daily basis to ensure they are satisfied with our product.
You’ll also be working closely with our marketing and development team on providing customer satisfaction, implementing user feedback and improving the quality of our services.
