Wonderful family-oriented hospital located in beautiful Northern New Hampshire northwest of Conway, NH, has a full-time, permanent opportunity for an Acute Care Nurse Manager to join their team! Salary: begins at $72,000 - DOE (dependent on years of experience) 

The Acute Care Nurse Manager Opportunity: 

  • Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position
  • Flexible scheduling, 7AM to 4PM, Monday through Friday, negotiable

  • Acute Care Nurse Manager will report directly to the CNO
  • Responsible for overseeing the Medical-Surgical floor, Ambulatory Services, Home Health, and SNF/LTC departments 
  • The Acute Care Nurse Manager will be overseeing about 40 direct reports
  • Considered a working manager position, the position is mostly composed of administrative delegations, but the Acute Care Nurse Manager may also be required to work occasional floor shifts as the last resort back-up (additional compensation will be provided)

Acute Care Nurse Manager Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, BSN is required, MSN is highly preferred
  • Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of New Hampshire, equivalent, or eligible to obtain prior to hire
  • Must have current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications or eligible to obtain prior to hire 
  • Must have at least 3-5 years of Med-Surge, Ambulatory, Care Management nursing experience
  • Must have at least 2 - 3 years of managerial / supervisory responsibilities within a hospital setting
