Ironside is actively looking for Senior Account Executives with experience selling Data & Analytics Consulting Services.

Your Contribution:

  • Develop a sales strategy and territory plan identifying net new logos that maximizes revenue and margin growth for Ironside.
  • Assist with the discovery phase in the form of questions and information gathering to be able to identify requirements.
  • Deliver Ironside product and solution presentations and demonstrations
  • Assisting the Ironside Channel Sales function in the development of Ironside channel partners, including sales training programs, joint account calls, account management and planning.
  • Exceed the company’s assigned annual sales quota for the territory, assigned account base, or target market segment.
  • Exceed the company’s goals for indirect channel development, primarily through selling solutions with/through Ironside partners.
  • Deep understanding of the business value of AI/ML, data analytics, BI, and cloud (specifically AWS technologies)
  • A documented history of building ongoing, profitable relationships with both end-user customers and sales channel partners, as well as building internal relationships with peers and supporting teams.
  • Proven track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas (in normal selling circumstances).
  • 5-7+ year successful track record of selling enterprise solutions into IT departments and LOBs at large and mid-sized companies in a direct sales model.
  • Willingness to travel when necessary to timely meetings with senior levels of management at target prospects and existing customers.

  • History of systematic goal setting for driving professional success.
  • History of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Track record of reaching, influencing and persuading senior decision-makers.
  • An ability to function as an internal negotiator, facilitator and advocate for customer needs and concerns, but with the company’s best interest in focus.
  • Effective at directing the interface between external and internal business and technical groups.
  • Willingness to travel when necessary to timely meetings with senior levels of management at target prospects and existing customers.
