Job Description: The Client Sales Support Associate will work closely with our clients and marketing directors to help drive sales, increase name brand recognition, and consumer loyalty. In this position, you will work closely on the retail sales division by representing our clients and responding to new and existing customer queries. You will also manage department managerial and administrative duties as assigned. This position involves face to face inside sales and customer service; it does NOT involve telemarketing or cold calling.

**Experience in sales and marketing is preferred - not required; full training is provided.**

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for clients and market directors in building and maintaining strong customer relationships and driving sales.
  • Providing customer guidance and assistance on IWC’s client products and services, pricing, and general issues.
  • Providing customer timely and accurate assistance regarding new accounts and service statuses.
  • Support smooth sales transactions and ensure customer’s complete understanding of service/product agreements.
  • Communicate with the sales operations team on a weekly basis to solidify continual growth within the retail division.
  • Be responsible for assigned retail locations.
  • Maintain a good relationship between IWC and the in-market big-box retailers including all of their management and staff.
  • Providing data to help the (sales) quality and operations team.
  • Interpreting and monitoring sales performance indicators.
  • Understand tracking tools and report on important sales and customer information.
  • Submit customer service agreements and keep record of sales trends.
  • Work closely with different team members to master and fine tune sales skills.
  • Assist customers in setting up new service accounts and finalizing the installation process.
  • Work closely with Operations Support in troubleshooting problems that are sales and technician related.
  • Document sales related support cases and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Maintain knowledge of all new service products and features (including competitor’s).
  • Monitor pending customer orders to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
  • Communicate with market managers and suggest sales process improvements.

Our ideal candidate for this position embodies a people oriented professional with great interpersonal skills and knowledge (or interest in learning) sales and customer service best practices. You should also be able to understand/learn how to interpret sales metrics and be highly goal-oriented. We also expect you to perform well in a fast paced, high energy team environment and have an exceptional interest in helping customers.

Professional and Personal Skills:

** Paid training is provided by IWC; you must be willing to learn and step out of your comfort zone to learn and grow. **

  • College degree OR equivalent work experience.
  • Fluency in Spanish a definite plus.
  • Genuine interest to help others and provide excellent customer service.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
  • Individuals in this position must exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • General understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Being able to calculate quotes and working with numbers and percentages.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus (not required).
  • Ability to multitask while working under pressure.

Desired experience in customer service, sales positions, call center sales, retail sales or general customer relations.
