General Laborer

Iowa Trenchless is a premier underground construction contractor specializing in tunneling, boring and pipe jacking and we are seeking hard working, reliable individuals with a great attitude looking to become a part of our business family.

Iowa Trenchless is currently hiring for the following positions:

• Entry-Level Laborers
• Skilled Laborers

Candidates will bring the following job skills / requirements to the position:

• Be a hard worker with a positive attitude
• Capable of heavy lifting and not afraid to get dirty
• Willingness to learn understanding of equipment use and capabilities
• Learning and polishing skills such as rigging, welding, operating, and proper safety procedures
• Effective communication and organizational skill
• Ability to function effectively in a team environment; Be able to lead or follow
• Self-starter; Able to manage workload and priorities; Work in a team or independently
• Experience in underground or heavy/highway construction preferred
• A valid drivers license is required; A commercial drivers license (CDL) is preferred, however training available
• Background checks are required for some jobs requiring security clearances.
