Inxeption is looking for a dynamic Marketing Automation & Content Manager to join our team. If you love developing strong relationships and solving business problems for clients, generating value for both parties, we want to talk to you! This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketing automation processes and workflows to support audience segmentation, campaign design/build, lead routing, lead scoring and campaign effectiveness reporting.
• Deliver lead nurturing and triggered campaigns that are consistent with the brand, complement existing marketing and sales efforts
• Maintain and grow our marketing database of marketable records working closely with our Marketing and Digital teams
• Develop Content Manager when needed for automated sales campaigns
• Project manage and execute email marketing campaigns, providing reporting, insights, and suggestions for tactic and channel optimization
• Advise and perform audience segmentation strategies to incorporate available demographic and behavioral criteria
• Understand email best practices and provide insights and feedback to improve content and email performance
• Work with CRM teams to ensure data being used is being maintained and of a quality standard
• Generate and analyze regular reporting on effectiveness and key performance indicators (KPIs) to share with marketing stakeholders
• Keep up-to-date and adhere to digital marketing best practices, including; usability, design/copywriting, privacy, and legislative policy.

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience working within Marketing automation platforms
• 3+ years' experience managing marketing automation team in a B2B company
• Lead scoring/nurturing/marketing automation experience in a fast-paced, environment
• Demonstrated success implementing multiple email campaigns at one time
• Excellent oral and written communication skill
• Experience with ZoHo Marketing Automation &/or CRM
