Operations Support Specialist will be a critical member of the payment operations team working with Sales Representatives, Service Account Managers, Payment Vendors, and Billers to support the onboarding to our platform. Responsibilities include executing payment vendor onboarding requests, creating new merchant profiles, setting up new biller accounts, handing disputes, supporting payment vendor registration, and effectively communicating with the status of their onboarding requests.

Base Compensation Range: $48,198.00 to $62,104.00 annually
Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission and equity. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.

What You'll Do
- Create accounts in Payment Service Network's platform
- Complete biller bank changes i.e. VOD completion, ticketing
- Lead activation meeting weekly
- Reviewing and understanding of PSN contract to determine necessary steps i.e. how many biller accounts, types of payments
- Completing merchant boarding
- Performing simpler biller configuration
- Logo Conversions
- Hourly decline/rejected reports
What We Seek
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - both phone and email
- Maintain sense of urgency
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
