Job Description

Commercial and residential property management company with four decades of presence in Boca Raton seeks an individual for its accounting department with experience in construction and basic accounting principles.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Set up of new projects in accounting system
  • Ability to evaluate and assess purchase orders
  • Create and maintain purchase orders in accounting system
  • Ensures compliance with contract terms and negotiated fees
  • Track and ensure Notice to Owners and Cert. of Ins. compliance
  • Accounts payable processing
  • Vendor relations
  • Computer skills
