management, performance analysis, and proactive tactical recommendations.Key Accountabilities: 20% - Work with the VP/Director of Paid Media on existing client opportunityActively involved in audience research, tactical recommendations, and strategy proposals for applicable paid media channelsActively involved in research, analysis, and presentation of tactical recommendations - this includes but is not limited to:o Budget recommendationso Trafficking recommendationso Audience recommendationso Creative asset ideation and recommendationso Landing page/UX testingWorks with the Display Director and Sr. Director of Paid media on tasks that include but are not limited to:Case study opportunitiesGathering research and communicating potential opportunity with leadership on a quarterly basisProcess documentation for internal teams70% - Manage all aspects of campaign account managementWorks with the Director and Sr. Director to establish holistic paid media strategy, client communication expectations, and performance goalsResponsible for initial campaign research, implementation, analysis, and proactive tactical recommendations; tasks include but are not limited to:o Trafficking and Budget pacingo Report buildingo Performance analysis on daily, weekly, monthly basis as neededo Creative asset testingo Audience buildingo Tactical recommendations - new channels, new budget, new asset, etc.Works with client management team to meet reporting deadlines and aid in relevant discussion10% - Promote team culture and trainingActively involved in transfer of knowledge to junior team membersAssist in tactical researchStay on top of industry trends and available beta programsManagement Responsibility: None; potential for mentorship responsibilitiesQualifications: Minimum 2 years of paid media experienceExperience in an agency environment is a huge plusExpert level of ad ops knowledgeWorking knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plusBasic level of knowledge of paid social and/or paid search is a plusAwareness of all digital marketing channels and their potential impact on paid media performanceExcellent written and oral communication skillsAble to work collaboratively and willing to educateExperience working with B2B, B2C, and Ecommerce verticals is recommendedAbility to analyze complex issues and to develop relevant and realistic plans, programs and recommendations to solve client challengesHigh levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
