Founded in 2000, we combine effective storytelling and engaging digital experiences with world-class performance marketing to help businesses communicate clearly and authentically with any audience.  Our client roster includes some of the biggest brands across various industries, like retail, CPG, beauty & wellness, and finance. we are looking for an Account Coordinator to help manage our growing list of clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Own client relationships for some of our largest accounts including the fiscal health and overall growth
  • Articulate strategic initiatives that address clients’ business challenges
  • Become your clients trusted marketing partner sustaining relationships that continue for years into the future
  • Partner closely with client contacts to engage in new opportunities and continue identifying areas to propose new solutions and drive change for their brand
  • Create innovative digital presentations that focus on clients business goals across the entire customer journey
  • Partner with subject matter experts and strategists to deliver integrated digital communication solutions from beginning through to completion
  • Lead client conversations with confidence and maintain full control of the conversations
  • Key escalation point for smaller accounts that are managed within our teams portfolio
  • Manage, train and mentor a team of account managers/directors responsible for their individual pieces of business
  • Prepare account service-related documents such as agendas, reports, proposals, PowerPoint presentations, contract scopes, pricing, and other client communications and correspondence
  • Understand our products and services as well as client strategies and business goals to ensure accurate project deliverables
  • Understand client billing and report monthly to finance department

 

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience working at a digital agency, marketing firm or on the client side with the ability to discuss real examples of executing on marketing campaigns
  • Proven experience in marketing leadership positions
  • Proven track record of managing and growing multi-million dollar accounts for Fortune 1000 companies
  • Demonstrate experience speaking to data and analytics
  • Superior communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to foster optimal team and client relationships
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • A professional demeanor within and outside of the agency business.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
