Investis Digital is a fast-growing company in Phoenix looking for a strategic client services rock star to join our growing team.

We are looking for an Account Director who is obsessed with driving results, loves being strategic with clients and building partnership relationships, keeps up with changes in the digital marketing industry, and doesn’t back down from a challenge.
- Strong comfort level interfacing with clients on challenging questions.
- Analyze and interpret what behaviors and patterns make customers successful and more likely to be retained by the company.
- Ability to measure strategy effectiveness for our clients and make decisions based on changes in our clients traffic, conversions, and rankings.
- Create and implement new projects and creative ideas with our SEO, Content and Promotion teams that help improve customer conversion rates.
- Communicates internally – early and often – making sure everyone involved with your client is aligned.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead.
- Make data-driven decisions to move the team and our strategies forward to hit customer goals.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts within other Investis Digitals’ departments on digital marketing efforts.
- Analyze and report on client digital marketing efforts and provide insights on optimization requirements to see consistent improvements.
- Is the driving force behind the client getting an amazing customer experience – and loves it!
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Proven experience building and driving digital strategy across multiple industries is a requirement, but your ability to tie outcomes to client business goals and measure our impact is what will make you successful.
- Proven track record of more than 20% account growth and less than 10% client churn.
- 3+ years of experience managing client relationships in a digital marketing capacity. Agency experience is required.
- Critical and strategic thinking skills are a must.
- Proven and visible marketing experience, with in-depth knowledge of the various services we offer.
- Excellent communicator with ability to work strategically with clients on what they need to grow their business.
- BA/BS required.
