Job Description

Primary Function of Position:

As a member of the People Services global team, the Senior Manager, People Services HR Reporting & Data Services, will play a key role in the delivery of global HR reporting and data services to business customers, HR and other enabling functions. This position will oversee centralization and standardization of reporting and data services to enable seamless intake of new requests and transition of these activities from COEs and other functions of HR. To answer increasing demand on services, s/he will manage expansion of reporting and data footprint of services. This position will be the HR point of contact for HR reporting, data compliance, risks, controls and audit related items.

This role will actively participate in providing support for questions pertaining to HR employee data, systems and processes as well working closely with HR compliance and internal audit to ensure the necessary controls and audit processes are in place.

Roles and Responsibilities:

HR Reporting & Data:
  • Oversee global team of HR reporting and data specialists providing support/services to the HR function and other functions as needed in the areas of people metrics, reporting, trend analysis, data integrity and other reporting needs as required.
  • Provide support/services in areas of people metrics, reporting, and data analysis to support HR leadership team to help them identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence decision making, changes to the operations, process or programs.
  • Ensure data analysis and reports provide requested inputs and insights to requestor, COE, and/or HRBL on a regular or as needed basis (e.g., COE & People Solutions for continuous improvement and HRBL for insights/planning on things such as exit trends, comp & ben trends, training, performance management and employee relations, disciplines and grievances etc.).
  • Partner with People Systems and Data Analytics teams, as needed, to work on a variety of reporting and analytical dashboards pertaining to People Services, People Solutions, COEs and HR Business Leaders (HRBL) or to optimize and streamline reporting self-service offerings and report templates for People Services to execute.
  • Deliver reporting, comment on trends, and design early warning system/report on unhealthy trends.
  • Build strong understanding of HR data and reporting, including importance and reliability of HR data within HR function.
  • Oversee data collection surveys (benchmarking data).
  • Oversee regular audits of HR data and partner with other HR leaders to research and problem solve complex business data issues across all HR functional areas to ensure data integrity and SOX / regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee delivery of regulatory required reporting on employee data: pay equity, AAP, EEOC, I&D data, etc.
  • Ensure quality execution of data which may include mass cost center or manager changes (MCR), transaction support/services for reorganizations, site closures, new entities, etc.
  • Maintain and communicate data quality standards and compliance.
  • Execute and ensure adherence and compliance to Data Privacy and EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • Contribute to various HR Projects as needed.


Qualifications

Required Education, Experience and Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Human Resources, Computer Science or Information Systems or related field.
  • 7+ years of data reporting, analysis, and/or business intelligence in a global, distributed organization.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR SOX compliance and of regulatory required reporting on employee data: pay equity, AAP, EEOC, I&D data, etc. in global role.
  • 3+ years of experience in leading team.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of data collection processes including the manipulation and analysis of information and data quality standards, governance, and compliance.
  • Knowledge of data interrogation, extraction, and presentation methods to develop reports.
  • Working knowledge of data visualization and dashboarding.
  • Understanding of the HR function end to end right from candidate sourcing to attrition.
  • Ability to coach team members on HR compliance policies, processes, rules and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure their expectations for HR reporting and internal control are met.
  • Ability to contribute to development or modification of HR compliance policies and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and oral/written communication skills.
  • Experience with systems like Oracle Fusion, HCM, Tableau, etc.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. In highest cost-of-labor areas the pay rate for this position is $152,800 to $229,200; the pay rate in the majority of the US is $129,900 to $194,900. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications.
