Marketing Manager

The Company: IntuitSolutions is a small, well-established boutique agency that specializes in creating and managing web design, development, and digital marketing for merchants on BigCommerce, WordPress, and other platforms.  We work with clients on a scale ranging from template installations and other minor jobs to complete website management including design, custom features, integrations with other software or services, and managed monthly content and structure optimization.  We keep regular business hours and complete nearly all work in-house.

The Position:  We are looking for a creative, high-energy, technically savvy marketing professional with the ability to work directly with our leadership team and help manage our marketing initiatives. You will take ownership of many day-to-day marketing activities and communications.  The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. You need to be self-motivated and trustworthy.  You will be responsible for the smooth running of our marketing function to help contribute to the sustainable growth of the business.


You will be expected to be thorough and thoughtful in overseeing the following: 

  1. develop detailed marketing plans in coordination with leadership team and execute against those plans
  2. provide analysis and reporting to leadership on the effectiveness of our marketing efforts
  3. write content for marketing campaigns
  4. ensure that company website and social media remain updated, relevant and engaging
  5. maintain branding assets and collateral
  6. manage advertising budgets and social media campaigns 


  • 3+ years experience working as a marketing professional
  • Extensive knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and digital marketing strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English language)
  • Time management and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Understanding of and interest in technology
  • Management of PPC advertising campaigns
  • Working knowledge of project planning tools (ex. JIRA, Basecamp, Smartsheet, Harvest)
  • Ability to work in a small and fast paced environment
  • Must be highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects with many moving pieces, weighing priorities effectively. 
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Highly accountable, solution-oriented, and detail-oriented
  • Technically savvy and proactive about independently learning new developments in the internet industry and digital space

Bonus Experience / Skills:

  • Prior experience working for a digital agency
  • Creative tools used in the design of emails, infographics and the like 
  • Familiarity with sales processes and CRM systems
  • Understanding of web development and ecommerce platforms
  • Prior experience marketing SaaS products
  • Product Management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Google Docs

The Location: The position is remote.  The IntuitSolutions office is located in the heart of Old City Philadelphia’s historic sites and is easily accessible by public transportation.  We are steps away from excellent varied dining options and the riverfront’s many attractions.
