Store Manager Job Summary and Mission
This position contributes to Tim Horton’s success by leading a team to create and maintain the Tim Horton’s Experience for our customers and communities. The store manager is required to utilize their experience in managing the overall operation of the store from supervising the workforce, guaranteeing customer satisfaction, maintaining product quality, balancing the store’s financial performance, and managing safety and security within the store. We are looking to hire a store manager at our new store located in Woodstock, ON.

3 years customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment
1-year management experience
Strong communication, mentoring, and leadership skills
Police background check
