Whats the OPPORTUNITY? Collections Specialist

Intrepid is dedicated to finding unique solutions for our members and serving with empathy. We are looking for an individual who is self-driven and has the ability and desire to problem solve and find unique solutions for our members.

Our collections specialists handle the daily tasks of the collections function, including working with delinquent accounts, repossessions, bankruptcy proceedings and associated reporting.

This position does have the ability to be remotely located.

In addition to our generous benefit package the base pay for the Collections Specialist position begins at $15.71/hour.

What Can you Bring?

To be successful in this position we have found that having at least one (1) year in customer service is preferred and a high school diploma or equivalent is required. A basic knowledge of financial services reporting mechanisms (such as credit reports) is required as well. You must possess a passion for our members and a commitment to our mission and core values. You need to be able to maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail in everything that you do.
