Job Description

Intralox, L.L.C. has an opening in itsCustomer Service Department for a Manager of internal account representativesresponsible for our Food business unit in Latin & South America (LA).


Primary responsibilities include (but are notlimited to): Coordinating activities and the flow of information betweenCustomer Service, Sales, Operations, and Marketing; Goal setting, training, andcoaching for individuals within the team; Initiating, managing, and leadinginternal sales initiatives; Developing policies and procedures for operationalexcellence.


The successful candidate for this key positionwill accelerate progress within the team by hands-on and leads-by-examplemanagement styles. As a member of the Customer Service Management Team, thisindividual will help develop overall strategic direction and priorities as itpertains to world class service and proactive sales efforts. In addition, theindividual will work closely with the LA Food Business Unit Leaderon sales execution and operational process improvements in Intralox’ LA Foodbusiness.

Responsibilities

  • Manage internal LA Food account representatives commercially and operationally
  • Help individual team members succeed by jointly setting performance goals, providing ongoing coaching, and evaluating progress
  • Lead the team in continuously creating memorable customer experiences
  • Organize the Team Selling efforts of Customer Service with other departments & resources
  • Collaborate with the LA Food Business Unit Leaders on strategies and execution

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish & English required, Portuguese desired
  • College degree in business or other commercial disciplines 
  • Three to five years of people management and demonstrated leadership experience
  • Proven track record of experience with Inside Sales and Customer Service in a business-to-business environment (preferably with engineered products in Latin and South America)
  • Enthusiastic team player with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong commercial and technical aptitudes and skills
  • Ability to travel (4-6 times per year)
