This is a full-time, on-site hybrid position in Bentonville, AR; M-F from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. No relocation assistance.

Who We Are Looking For:

The right person to manage the client's supply chain and maintains the company's internal production flow ensuring proper inventory levels so product is available to the customer as planned.

  • Reviews Customer metrics/in stock levels, inventory levels, forecast accuracy, fill rate, sales trend, receipts, inventory, sell thru, future projections.
  • Collaborates with customer planning and replenishment teams to identify sales trends, identify opportunities for inventory management, discussion of sales plan execution.
  • Manages all tasks related to goal exceptions including identifying causes and developing strategies related to orders and inventory levels.
  • Analyzes the status of orders and inventory levels and adjusts projections with the internal production department and updates replenishment flow accordingly.
  • Monitors and Analyzes production flow, order processing, sales, receipt flow, inventory, projected sell thru, size/color selling.
  • Participates in meetings with customer's buying, planning, replenishment, and supply chain teams.

  • Ability to adapt to changing conditions and serve as a primary advisor thru suggested actions/recommendations while ensuring internal stakeholders are advised of pertinent info in decisions that could have far reaching impacts
  • Awareness of internal and external factors and conditions to make a most informed decision.
  • Maintaining relationship and expectations from customer while balancing with internal capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of OTIF, SQEP, Retail Link, sales analysis, inventory analysis, ladder planning, replenishment, and supply chain.
  • Excellent computer Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook; SAP a plus.
  • Must have excellent follow-up skills and high attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's in business administration preferred or job experience in inventory planning; replenishment; sales.
