An eye for orchestrating photography, organizing photo shoots and video for print and digital applications
Adhere to and design around constraints for social, web, and all multimedia applications, banners, graphics, postings, and other engagement technology
Understanding of consumer UX in Shopify, making recommendations, removing friction, optimizing path-to-purchase
Produce, optimize and update web and social visual content (banners, ads, motion GIFs, webpage elements, etc.)
Participate in the development of creative ideas and themes for various projects as assigned
Work closely with the head of marketing, other design staff, and the production department
Responsible for visual content for D2C, B2B, tradeshows, media kits, and creating branding standards
Must have the ability to ideate and always look for "what's next" while maintaining brand integrity
Create and maintain sales and marketing materials including our product catalog, brochures, direct mailers, posters, banners, social media, sell sheets, etc.
Working knowledge and skills in the latest Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop and Acrobat Distiller software programs, editing in Adobe Premiere), and general office equipment
Good design abilities including layout skills, logo design, and creativity, preferably in the outdoor and athletic industry
Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in graphic design or marketing communications preferred
Must have attention to detail and be ableto manage a project from A to Z
Ability to manage competing daily deadlines and yet be inspirational to others with an eye on the future
Excellent communication skills including writing, speaking, thumbnail sketches, etc.
Prolific at analyzing competitive products, campaigns, and how to capture consumer attention
At least two years' work experience in graphic design, excellent in typography, color, and trends
Experience with textiles and apparel helpful, but not required
Sports-related background desired
This is a 40-hour-per-week, office-based position in Boulder, CO. Compensation will be based on skills and experience. NO relocation assistance will be provided. Performance bonus structure available.
